Provide facilities for setting JBossWS client configuration

    Description

      While working on JBWS-3282, we made the client and endpoint configuration available to cxf stack. At the moment there's no easy way of setting a client configuration; we need at least a way of automatically adding the handlers that might be included into a specified client configuration.
