Steps to Reproduce:

This wont always happen but in a frequency of 1 out of 2 cases for me:

EXEC: create a new v3 connection to https://console.engint.openshift.com, DONT store the token

EXEC: restart Eclipse

EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: unfold the connection

ASSERT: connection dialog appears, prompting you to provide the token.

EXEC: provide the token, finish

Result:
in Explorer, the connection stays as is, the child items are not appearing. You still have "Loading" below the connection
