Explorer: connection (without stored token) stays "Loading" after I provided the token

      This wont always happen but in a frequency of 1 out of 2 cases for me:

      1. EXEC: create a new v3 connection to https://console.engint.openshift.com, DONT store the token
      2. EXEC: restart Eclipse
      3. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: unfold the connection
      4. ASSERT: connection dialog appears, prompting you to provide the token.
      5. EXEC: provide the token, finish

      Result:
      in Explorer, the connection stays as is, the child items are not appearing. You still have "Loading" below the connection
