OpenShift explorer: connection stays loading after cancelling the first attempt to provide the token

      1. EXEC: create a new v3 connection to https://console.engint.openshift.com, DONT store the token
      2. EXEC: restart Eclipse
      3. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: unfold the connection
      4. ASSERT: connection dialog appears, prompting you to provide the token.
      5. EXEC: click "Cancel" button
      6. ASSERT "Loading..." hangs with "You must obtain an API token by visiting ..." message under (see the image attached)

      "Refresh"ing the connection doesn't help - it doesn't provide . Also the "You must obtain..." message has "Refresh" menu item on right click which does nothing.

      The bug was found when testing JBIDE-22471 after refactoring Openshift 3 UI model that was actually fixed.
