Steps to Reproduce:

EXEC: create a new v3 connection to https://console.engint.openshift.com, DONT store the token

EXEC: restart Eclipse

EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: unfold the connection

ASSERT: connection dialog appears, prompting you to provide the token.

EXEC: click "Cancel" button

ASSERT "Loading..." hangs with "You must obtain an API token by visiting ..." message under (see the image attached)

"Refresh"ing the connection doesn't help - it doesn't provide . Also the "You must obtain..." message has "Refresh" menu item on right click which does nothing.

The bug was found when testing ~~JBIDE-22471~~ after refactoring Openshift 3 UI model that was actually fixed.
