Cannot browse for server home when adding a remote EAP 5.x server

      1. Add EAP 5.x runtime in JBDS/JBT
      2. In Server View right click and select New -> Server
      3. Select JBoss EAP 5.x type, press Next
      4. Configure a remote host
      5. Click Browse to browse for the remote server home - nothing happens - FAIL
      Optional:
      6. Go back and select JBoss EAP 6.x as the type
      7. Select the remote system and now you will be able to browse for the remote server home

      Type in the path to your remote server home by hand, not using the Browse button.

      When you add a remote EAP 5.x server you won't be able to Browse for the remote server home in the dialog.
      This only applies to EAP 5.x. It is ok with AS 7.1.x or EAP 6.x.

      The same issue occurs in the server editor - the Browse button doesn't work.
