Support ConsoleDot/OCM Navigation Requirements

      During the investigation of HAC-419 it was discovered that there are some gaps in our known extensions we are bringing into the SDK via HAC-424.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • We need 2 new extensions
        1. Nav Sections w/ Title – for PF component NavGroup
        2. Collapsible Nav Groups, with nested flat links – for PF component NavExpandable

      Notes

      HAC-519 will cover upgrading an existing extension to support external links.

      Note: HAC-Core may need to be updated to support new extensions to ConsoleDot navigation items; depending on how it's coded.
