      ConsoleDot has a "external" href. We should also have that reflected in the extensions we provide in the SDK. `core.navigation/href` seems like a good extension to just modify to have an optional prop that will flag it in the Chrome Nav to have the extra icon. Needed for OCM usages.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Modify the extensions `core.navigation/href` to have an additional prop, `isExternal` which is a boolean
