      Core to the way we typically use K8s resources is the useK8sWatchResource hook. They allow a React-hook way of staying on top of the state of a resource.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Copy the useK8sWatchResource hook are brought over and exposed in the `lib-utils` package
        • You'll need to bring other utilities as well to make this functionality possible
