[Hypershift ROSA][Wizard] Networking / Configuration - Network Configuration (private/public)

      User story:

      Because public subnets are required for a public hosted (hypershift) control plane cluster to function correctly, as a user, I have the ability to add a public subnet when creating a hypershift cluster.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • A user must select either Public or Private cluster privacy (current functionality)
      • If the user chooses a "public" cluster privacy, then the user shall have the ability to enter/select 1 or many public subnets.
      • Data entered will be shown on the review page (both standalone and hosted ROSA wizards)
      • [technical] Data is prepared to be sent to the api
      • The VPC step is not shown for hypershift clusters

      Acceptance criteria (new):

      • The subnet list is based on the VPC entered/chosen in a previous step
      • If the VPC is changed, then the chosen/entered subnet value is removed

      NOTE: The subnet drop-down component is created as part of HAC-3133

      NOTE The Install into a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) will look/behave the same regardless if “public” or “private” is selected for hosted (hypershift) control planes.

      • The mock-ups show it, but there isn't a “VPC” settings wizard step for hypershift (hosted) clusters. In addition, they are missing a control plane step
