      HAC-2061 and HAC-2113 implement individual components for building out the details for a resource (HorizontalNav, DetailsPageHeader).

      This story is for creating a component that combines the components above to allow the caller to create a details page that can be invoked for displaying the header (breadcrumbs, title, global actions) along with tabs for different pages related to the resource.{}

      Acceptance criteria

      • A DetailsPage component (taking cues from OCP Console) that brings together the HorizontalNav and DetailsPageHeader components for displaying the details for a resource in tabs.
      • Storybook to enable rapid isolated development/testing of the new component
