      This is the initial story towards building out a common Details component in the HAC Core SDK.

      AC:

      • A new component in the Core SDK that contains a horizontal nav menu with the ability to display at least one tab.
      • Storybook to enable rapid isolated development/testing of the component (refer to story book for ListView component - https://github.com/openshift/dynamic-plugin-sdk/pull/126)
