User Goal
As an Architect, I want to be able to edit or delete my workspace via an "Actions" menu on the Workspace Details page.

Note: More clarity is needed on the exact design.

Dependencies

This story will make use of the common Details page component is delivered on HAC Core SDK, since we will be utilizing this component to display Workspace Details. See stories HAC-2169, HAC-1617
