Add Apicurito to the Dev/Productization build pipelines

      We need to add the following mvn projects to our build pipelines:

      https://github.com/apicurio/apicurito

      • Produces a container Image

      https://github.com/jboss-fuse/fuse-apicurito-generator

      • Produces a container Image
      • Depends on the redhat-fuse bom project

      The new container image names we generate should be replaced in the image stream definitions of https://github.com/jboss-fuse/application-templates/blob/master/fuse-apicurito.yml
