Jaeger is disabled by default on OperatorHub

      Change the values in the CR during the installation to:

      jaeger:
            enabled: true
            clientOnly: false

      1. Open OCP 4.3
      2. Open OperatorHub tab, select Red Hat Integration - Fuse Online and click on Install
      3. Select project and click on Subscribe
      4. Go to the Installed Operators tab and select Fuse Online
      5. Click on Create Instance and you will see the default CR ( )

      Due to this issue https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTESB-12072 , the Jaeger should be default activity tracing for 7.6 GA. During the installation via fuse-online-install script, the Jaeger is enabled, because the default-cr is used.

      However, when I install Fuse Online via Operator Hub, the Jaeger is disabled by default.
      The second question is, why is set clientOnly: true by default?
