We would like to set up some shadow build targets for rebuilding Cent OS Stream packages with clang in order to help test new versions of clang that will be added to Cent OS Stream.  This could be done using side-tags as long as we are able to provide our own buildroot configuration for the side-tags (e.g. we need to define macros and environment variables for the tags).
