User visibility of changes in CentOS-stream

      It would be very helpful for users of stream to be able to see what is changing in it, easily. This is now even more true given the plans for stream vs. non-stream. We have some tools for automation to look at what is in stream, and compare to current publc composes or the next internal composes.

      There are also other tools doing similar things we can borrow ideas/code from:
