      Currently CentOS Stream composes run on ODCS.  We would like to move away from this.  The first step is to setup a new Virtual machine to run pungi in place of ODCS.  The second step is to change our scripts to point to that new virtual machine to build our composes  After we have switched over, we need to shut down the odcs.stream openshift cluster.
