Currently CentOS Stream composes run on ODCS.  We would like to move away from this.

The first step is to setup a new Virtual machine to run pungi in place of ODCS.

The second step is to change our scripts to point to that new virtual machine to build our composes.  This ticket is for that second step.

Change the compose scripts to point to the new virtual machine, after that virtual machine has been made.
