We would like to explore new better ways to build CentOS Stream images.

For example, our cloud images are built using imagefactory which isn't maintained. Could we use Kiwi? Or something else?

Could we start building images outside of the normal composes, so we can refresh the RPM repos more often without rebuilding every single image?
