Update UDI to add .NET 7 (for ppc64le & other arches)

      DS 3.2.0 includes .net 6.0 which is only supported for x86 and IBM Z.

      The new release for dotnet .NET 7 also provides support for Power.

      Should we update the devfile to .net 7.0 and include it for all x64, Power and Z?
