Dot Net 3.1 support has ended, and as such has been removed from the Dev Spaces 3.4 UDI image. In its place, Dot Net 6.0 is available.

Dot Net 3.1 will be EOL on Dec 13, 2022.

So, we should remove it from the UDI image for Dev Spaces 3.4, as that release will land in Dec 2022 too.
