Removed Functionality
As of 3.6, we should prevent users from launching theia workspaces from the dashboard.
- remove theia from plugin registry's che-editors.yaml file (both upstream and downstream fork)
- additional changes to dashboard code, eg., like done in https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-images/pull/343/files#diff-f5ad2ec06c390a78992904918ecf5307e871c554457ac0f12f1344a027014b81R187
