Remove lombok.jar from UDI

      It seems that the latest VSCode redhat.java extension doesn't require the path to lombok.jar as an additional VM argument to import a java project that uses lombok.

      When Theia editor will be removed from the editors' list, we can remove lombok.jar from the UDI and cleanup the sample by removing che-theia-plugins.yaml
