Enable theia IDE removal warning in dashboard

    Description

      As of 3.6, we should have a warning banner (headerMessage) in the dashboard announcing that theia is removed.

      See CRW-3488 for work done to enable the warning; this is just about changing the copy to state REMOVAL rather than DEPRECATION.

      TODOs:

      • CRW-3489 remove theia from plugin registry che-editors.yaml; drop theia from the list of editors in the dashboard (happens automatically when removed from plugin reg?)
