      • verify if php support works in vscode (lang server / debug / linting)
      • if so, let's just remove the php lang server stuff entirely as it's always been Tech Preview and Theia is now deprecated
      • if not, well, let's figure out what's missing to have a basic PHP dev env in vscode / che-code.
