Cannot run project.

Steps to repro:

Step 1:

• send a slack message to cluster-bot: launch 4.10 gcp to start a cluster. [this could take up to 30 mins]

Step 2:

• log into the cluster as kubeadmin, get the token login, paste to console to log in via commandline. Then run this script to install from the latest IIB image:
• ./installDevSpacesFromLatestIIB.sh -t 3.0 --get-url [this could take up to 10 mins]

Step 3:

• open dashboard from the URL in the console above
• click on NodeJS Configmap devfile tile, wait until workspace loads
• open the command palette from the cube icon on the right, click the install, then run commands under tools.

The run command will fail with:

WebSockets request was expected
