launched application doesn't load the first time - application not available and bad gateway errors

      = *502 Bad Gateway* or *application not available* errors

      Currently, when launching a sample application from the workspace, users can encounter an error message such as *502 Bad Gateway* or *application not available*. The cause of this error is the Che-Theia editor displaying the notification that the application is ready before the application startup is complete.

      * Wait a minute or two, and reload the browser tab.

      1. install 2.15
      2. migrate to 3.0
      3. open vertx-health-checks-example-redhat project from sample tile in dashboard
      4. run the build-and-run command

      5. launched application doesn't load - on one tab I get application not available and on another I get a bad gateway error

      This MIGHT be fixed with updated migration script in https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-docs/pull/2315

      but wanted to log a new issue just in case.
