Description
In the udi-openj9 build the console log shows:

Which suggests that gradle is not on the path, per https://github.com/redhat-developer/codeready-workspaces-images/blob/crw-2-rhel-8/codeready-workspaces-udi-openj9/Dockerfile#L147
Seems we didn't actually unzip...
