odo binary missing in new udi containers

      $➔ podman run -it --rm --entrypoint /bin/bash quay.io/crw/udi-rhel8 -c "cat /usr/local/bin/odo"

      So... the "binary" we include in the new udi image is in fact a 404'd html page, not the odo binary.

      Likely a bug in get-sources.sh
