Update devfile tests to verify v2 versions in DW enabled CRW (part 3)

In 2.13 we have only a single devfile v2 compliant devfile, but in CRW-2412 and CRW-2539, several more are being converted to v2.

Devfiles tests that are currently done for the v1 (no DW enabled) version of CRW 2.16 should be updated so that they can:

• switch to ONLY v2 mode.

Testing of v1 compliance is no longer needed since 2.16 will never be run on non-DW (v1) mode – only in devfile v2 mode.
