Update devfile tests to verify v2 versions in DW enabled CRW (part 2)

    Description

      In 2.13 we have only a single devfile v2 compliant devfile, but in CRW-2412 and CRW-2539, several more are being converted to v2.

      Devfile tests that are currently done for the v1 (no DW enabled) version of CRW 2.15 should be updated so that they can either:

      • run in BOTH v1 and v2 modes, or
      • switch to ONLY v2 mode.

      Note that 2.16 will never be run on non-DW (v1) mode – only in devfile v2 mode.

      Work continues in CRW-2625.
