      Similar to COST-5689 but display the OpenShift page (or the Cost Explorer page) instead of the Optimizations page. 

      Users should be able to see cost for the past 90 days (with date selector like we have in the Cost Explorer), perspective = All OpenShift / AWS filtered by OpenShift / Azure filtered by OpenShift / GCP filtered by OpenShift, etc.

      No need to support cloud costs (AWS, Azure, GCP non-OpenShift costs) for now.
