The console now supports both strict and fuzzy search as of this story: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CONSOLE-3392

The configuration mechanism is located as a checkbox in the user preferences which defines global strict or fuzzy search. There is a design by ekim@redhat.com that elaborates on the ux and places the configuration in context at the filter toolbar. This ux needs to be finished up and the implementation needs to be completed. 

Acceptance criteria:

• fuzzy/exact search match should be configurable at the toolbar component for list pages and should reflect the global value
• work with UX team on hints and config of search options
