Search functionality does not work properly in openshift UI

1. Proposed title of this feature request : Search feature  does not work properly in openshift UI
2. What is the nature and description of the request?

This is encountered since 4.6 versions, where the search of objects (pods, crds etc.) does not work properly, an example-
There is a CRD of type "Tests", I enter the word "test" in the search bar of the Openshift UI, most CRDs that have nothing to do with the word "test" still appear, after I add more of the letter "t" ("testtttt") the "Tests" CRD will be the only result.
Expected behavior:
"test" search will show only CRDs with the word "test" in them or starting with "test"

To get exact search name
