Goal:
A user should be able the easily locate the UIs that an operator provides (in console or external), immediately after installing the operator, so they can now make use of the new functionality it provides.
Background:
Operators provide various functionality to the cluster they are installed on and to the users that interact with them. Operators can provide in-console UIs (likely becoming more common with console extension points) and also out of console UIs (like dashboards and IDEs.) The user should be linked to these UIs from the operator details, where they are navigated to post operator install. Adding a console extension point to the operator details page would allow operator authors to add this type of info.
Use cases:
This type of user guidance has been requested by CNV, ODF, RHODS, & the Nvidia GPU operator designers.
Acceptance Criteria:
This can be accomplished by giving operator author's the ability to add content to the operator details page to direct users to their newly added UIs in the console, or whatever other operator setup info they'd like to provide to the user.
