Goal
In 4.19 a CNV-native UI for bulk storage class migration was added. Initially, this UI relied on the MTC operator to provide some of the backend APIs. In 4.20, the Storage Platform team will provide CNV-native migration APIs in order to eliminate our dependency on MTC. The UI needs to switch to using these replacement APIs in order to complete the transition.
User Stories
- As a VM owner I want to migrate a group of my VMs to different storage using CNV and without installing MTC.

- List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
Notes
- The Storage Platform team intends to maintain the existing MTC API behavior that the current UI depends on in the new native API we are providing. The main change will be to switch to using a new MigPlan CR in the kubevirt API group. We intend to limit behavior changes as much as possible.
