Goal

We want to provide a bulk migration interface (similar to what exists in MTC) in the Kubevirt console plugin. For 4.19, the UI will still depend on MTC being installed and will call MTC APIs to perform the tasks it needs to do. In 4.20, CNV-native APIs will be provided and the UI can switch to calling those in order to completely remove the dependency on MTC.

We are targeting a GA level of support for this UI.

User Stories

As a virtualization admin I want to move virtual machines from one storage class to another using a bulk interface so that I can handle a large number of VMs across multiple namespaces efficiently. I want to do this using the OpenShift Virtualization UI instead of the previous MTC UI.
