Regular VNC console disconnect, due to competing request between the VNC thumbnail, and a full screen VNC view.

      Description of problem:

      The VNC console keep disconnecting, making it unusable.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      Reproduced on 4.17.22, and 4.18.? cluster

      How reproducible:

      Very reproducible for me

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.From a running fedora VM overview, click on "open web console" (above the thumbnail view
2.This open a new tab. Keep both tab side by side
3. Watch the vnc thumbnail, and the full screen vnc view compete for the connection (wait a few minute)

      This bug is impacacting the smooth delivery of the OpenShift Virt Roadshow, all participants are noticing it in my experience.
