      Up to 4.15, the kubevirt-tekton-tasks were deployed by an operator as part of CNV. This is changing in cnv 4.16. In 4.16, the tasks are taken from  the default hub configured in https://docs.openshift.com/pipelines/1.14/create/remote-pipelines-tasks-resolvers.html#resolver-hub_remote-pipelines-tasks-resolvers .
