Update Architecture assembly modules by removing Tekton Tasks module and updating SSP-Operator module.
- Update https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/virt/virtual_machines/virt-managing-vms-openshift-pipelines.html and remove sections about deploying tekton tasks / pipelines with ssp operator
- add tasks / pipelines can be found in https://catalog.redhat.com/
