Goal

We want to be able to use the Kubevirt provider when running the HyperShift management cluster in disconnected mode so we need to automate/document which images need to be mirrored when using the Kubevirt provider.

User Stories

As a OCP user, I want to the ability to quickly (and declaratively) spin up nested OCP clusters within my infrastructure using the hypershift cli on disconnected management clusters.

Non-Requirements

The generic support for the disconnect use case for the management cluster is tracked on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HOSTEDCP-477 , this will cover only the CNV specific changes.
