This will be our first chore cycle for Karpenter, so this is probably larger than this single task implies. 

What we need to do is:

• Update hypershift to match the rebase from AUTOSCALE-401:  https://github.com/openshift/hypershift (pointing our go.mod at our newly rebased aws-karpenter-provider-aws and syncing the CRDs into hypershift so its controllers can deploy them) 

This is going to be complicated because we multiple versions behind and we haven't been 100% amazing at keeping things updated in Hypershift. 

Note: Be mindful of the actual released versions, don't just blindly pull main on both and hope it works out  

Done when: 

• Hypershift deps have been bumped to use our new karpenter versions
• Tests pass, hypershift tests pass
