Objective is to 

• identify tests (create if not in place) for scenarios to validate that the binding is not allowed for restricted users with no access to read/edit resources; also validating the error message associated with it.

Acceptance Criteria:

• tests are identified or created as part of acceptance tests for regression
• should be part of Ci-CD
