    Description

      This will help with customers bringing their own repositories , and in case of disconnected installs.

      The Helm chart proxy endpoint should be aware of the configuration stored in the cluster (APPSVC-386), and support multiple repositories, merging their `index.yaml` into a single instance returned to the client.
