In order to allow configuring the provided Helm chart proxy (APPSVC-314), and enable user to consume a Helm Chart repository different from the default one, there is a need to model and manage the char repository configuration inside cluster.

The configuration needs to include all aspects of existing upstream Helm repo representation:

• Name
• URL
• Username
• Password
• Client SSL certificate
• CA bundle
• Client SSL key
