      Story (Required)

As an OpenShift user, I'd like to use spec bindings in ODC.

      Background (Required)

We'd like to deprecate usage of CoreOS bindings & move them to spec bindings. To get ODC on board with this, we need to draft and propose a design document for them to understand the changes we want to make. In this particular case, we want to propose the ability to show both CoreOS and spec bindings as well as make spec bindings by default.
