Story (Required)

As an OpenShift user, I'd like to have all service bindings visualized in the ODC topology view.

Background (Required)

Currently, ODC only visualizes CoreOS bindings. We should enable ODC to visualize bindings from the spec API as well.

Out of scope

This only impacts visualization; creation should still default to CoreOS bindings. Defaulting to spec bindings will happen in a separate story.

In Scope

Visualizing service bindings in ODC's topology view.

Approach(Required)

Should be similar to support for CoreOS bindings, just with a spec shape of binding resources.

Demo requirements(Required)

Demo should show how spec bindings are visualized in the topology view.
