Story (Required)
As an OpenShift user, I'd like ODC to make spec bindings by default.
Background (Required)
With the deprecation effort for CoreOS bindings, we need to make sure that new bindings should be using spec bindings, not CoreOS bindings. One way to do this is to make spec bindings the default option in ODC, one of our biggest users.
Out of scope
Don't remove support for CoreOS bindings; they should still be able to be visualized and made if need be. Spec bindings aren't a 1:1 mapping from CoreOS bindings, so we should still support users who need CoreOS bindings.
In Scope
New bindings made from within ODC should make spec bindings, not CoreOS bindings.
Approach(Required)
The topology view needs to be updated to make spec bindings instead of CoreOS bindings.
Demo requirements(Required)
Show that spec bindings, not CoreOS bindings, should be made from ODC's topology view.
Dependencies
None.

Acceptance Criteria
ODC topology view should make spec bindings, not CoreOS bindings.
Document how ODC makes spec bindings by default as a change from previous behavior
Document how to make CoreOS bindings if a user needs to.
