Add assisted installer images into OCP playload for Agent Work

      The container images from AGENT-80 need to be built by ART, which can be set up using the following instructions:

      https://source.redhat.com/groups/public/atomicopenshift/atomicopenshift_wiki/guidelines_for_requesting_new_content_managed_by_ocp_art

       

      Once the images are building successfully in OSBS (and only then), they can be added to the release payload image by setting a label in the Dockerfile:

      LABEL io.openshift.release.operator=true
