Ensure that your github repository's default branch (usually master) /OWNERS file contains:

• component: "<your Bugzilla component name>"
• subcomponent: "<your Bugzilla subcomponent>" (only if you have a subcomponent)
• production: "<your Bugzilla Product>" (only if your product is something other than 'OpenShift Container Platform')

If your OpenShift component does not yet have a Bugzilla component, request one through OpenShift Infrastructure Services.
